Came up with this after a bit of experimenting trying to reproduce a honey mustard sauce that I had tried at a restaurant.Ingredients | Mike Tyson Punch Out Logo1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed2 pounds boneless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces, or more to taste3 cloves garlic, minced, or more to taste¼ cup prepared yellow mustard¼ cup maple syrupDirectionsHeat a skillet over medium heat and coat the inside with olive oil. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir until chicken begins to brown, about 5 minutes. Drizzle mustard and maple syrup over chicken mixture and stir to evenly coat chicken.
