Just freeze the cooling bowl overnight and pop in your prepared ice cream mixture in the morning.

3 large cucumbers

3 bananas

½ cup confectioners' sugar

½ cup lemon juice

Directions

Blend cucumbers, bananas, confectioners' sugar, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth; transfer to a container and freeze, at least 3 hours.

You can use any fruit and vegetable combination instead of cucumbers. Stock your freezer with frozen berries, etc. for an instant ice-cream. My favorites are: strawberries, bananas, peaches, or pears.

Freeze cucumbers and bananas ahead of time for instant ice-cream.
