I love adding chocolate chips, but you can i don't know if you can tell from the photos, but i add mini chocolate chips to my banana muffins.

Recipe Summary White Chocolate Chip Muffins

This is a very easy recipe for delicious white chocolate chip muffins that your kids will simply love.

Ingredients | Banana And White Chocolate Muffins Uk

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

½ cup white sugar

3 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

⅓ cup vegetable oil

1 egg

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a 12-cup muffin tray with paper liners.

Mix flour, white chocolate chips, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.

Mix milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract together in a medium-sized bowl. Add to flour mixture and mix well.

Fill 2/3 of each prepared muffin cup with batter.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Serve warm.
