Mix in the yeast mixture and the cooled buckwheat groats. Cover the bowl with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about 1 hour.Punch down the dough, form into a loaf, and place seam side down into a greased 9x5 inch bread pan. Cover the pan with a cloth, and allow to rise until nearly doubled in volume, about 45 minutes.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).Bake the bread in the preheated oven until the top is lightly golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when thumped, about 35 minutes.
